PCS Finance Functions
Management Information
With funders and investors wanting to be able to scrutinise the financial performance of the care home, we can prepare a monthly management accounts pack in a format acceptable to funders summarising the key performance indicators with a comparison of the actual performance in the month compared to budgets.
Forecasting
We can prepare an integrated profit and loss, cash flow and balance sheet forecast to be able to project the future performance of the business and ensure that informed decisions are made. We will work closely with the business owner and management to ensure the forecasts are accurate and take into account all relevant information.
Payroll
Our in-house team have taken the customer experience to a new level by introducing a full suite of features and maintaining accuracy that is above and beyond what other bureaus can provide.
The team are fully qualified in payroll and are happy to guide businesses through any technical challenges they may face.
Fully Outsourced Finance Department
If a business wishes to take a step back from the day to day running of the finances, we can offer a full management service, including managing the sales and purchase ledger, credit control and supplier payments. We would look to work with a competent administrator in the home to support us in this work, regularly reporting back to the business owner.
